Contact questions

Frequently asked questions

What's the fastest way to reach you?

Phone. For anything urgent — active water, no heat in winter — it's the only channel worth using. Email isn't monitored continuously.

What should I have ready when I call?

Your address, whether you own or rent, what's happening and since when, and the make and model of any equipment involved. For basement water, whether it only happens during heavy rain — that single detail often tells us which of three very different problems you have.

Can you quote by email?

For well-defined work, often yes — send photos and the model numbers of any equipment. For anything where the cause is unknown, an emailed number would be a guess and we'd rather come and test.

Do you need anything arranged before you arrive?

For most homes, no. For multi-unit buildings, tell us who provides access. For basement or sewer work, clearing a path to the pit or cleanout beforehand saves time you would otherwise be billed for.

How far ahead are you booking?

It varies with season — heating calls spike in the first cold week, AC calls in the first heat wave. Call and we'll give you a realistic window rather than a vague answer.

Prefer to just call?

Phone is the fastest route for anything urgent, and you'll speak to someone who understands both trades.
